Moji Thomas has many years’ experience as a church volunteer, teaching and mentoring children and youths. Moji worked for while in a disability charity raising awareness of disability issues through digital marketing. Most recently, she was part of a medical mission team to Kenya providing urgent medical care to disadvantaged communities where she supported the mission with data gathering and analysis to identify prevalence patterns to aid in future mission planning. In 2011, She spearheaded a successful wellbeing food program roll out which focused on improving nutrition amongst children in disadvantaged communities. Moji is passionate about the role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and looks for ways of improving access to education for disadvantaged children. She has a Masters in NGO Management from CASS business school, London.
Kemi is an accountant with 20yrs experience in charity accounts. Kemi brings her vast knowledge of accounting principles and financial management to benefit the charity in maintaining its commitment to high standards of integrity in its finances and controls.
Deji Akinsanmi is known for being a ‘defender of the trodden’ and has a burden to improve the lives of children born into poverty or who have never been given the chance to achieve something in life due to lack of societal structures, especially in West Africa where he grew up. Deji brings his expansive experience of business technology to support Jacobs Well Child Africa. He believes every child has potential, and is passionate about helping young lives every where possible with the right interventions as long as he is able, God-willing.
