Jacobs Well Child Africa is a child focused charity that supports vulnerable children through trusted community partners across Africa. We work with small, grassroots organisations and schools that are deeply rooted in their communities but often overlooked by major funders. Our role is to strengthen these partners so they can deliver safe, reliable and impactful support to children who would otherwise be left behind. As we grow, we plan to extend this model to England through partnerships with schools and local agencies.
